Looking for a suitable flat

Today I tracked to Birmingham to view a flat. There are loads built at the moment in Birmingham. I made the arrangement for a viewing with Knight Frank the estate agency. The flat in question was in a block - Millenium, Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3

Reception hall, open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen, master bedroom, double bedroom two, shower room. Secure parking, concierge, residents gym & sauna, communal terrace. Excellent location for the city & business district

2 Bedrooms, 1 Reception Room, 1 Bathroom, Flat / Apartment, No Land, City, Upper Floor, Modern, Lift, Parking, Leisure Facilities, Porter / Concierge

sounds good, the photos look good but the flat was really poky. The living room was really small and the doorways really narrow. I couldnt get into the bathroom.

One would think that flats should be compliant wirh standards these days especially a new built. It really makes me depressed.
