Using e motion

I took my Otto Bock with e-motion powered wheels to work last week since my Invacare motorised wheelchair was being sorted out. I was fed up with waiting for the no 27 bus which takes a circuituous route these days through Pool Meadow station and the city center so I ended up pushing myself.  It went quite well, I have learnt to push just on the rim and let go rather than my normal way of pushing on a manual wheelchair where you keep your hands on the wheels.

Even so, It was a bit tiring since the work  team decided to eat out at the pub at lunch time.
