The garage door is broken again. The door into the block is again accessible without the fob. Security in this place is crap. There I've said it. Beauchamp House apartments are billed as executive flats .

After speaking to neighbours and new freinds, we all agree that all that is hyped up sales pitch. Security is bad and when the residents can get locked out instead sometimes, it gets ludicrous. I have needed an extra fob for my cleaning lady for as long as I have been in the flat and it is still on order. And this must be the reason why our mail is so erratic and sometimes, they go missing. Its been so bad I've started getting stuff delivered to my work address. We have found parcels left outside doorways because delivery people people had no access. Once I found a box of flowers for a neighbour - obviously for her birthday and I took it around to her flat.

 And if friends come visiting, they beter have a mobile phone because the intercom system is a bit erratic. It is difficult enough to direct them but there is no signage for the building.

I can go on and on but I won't.

Trine, What I am going to try to do is to let neighbours know and ask them to add comments and let Newmans know. It cannot be good publicity!

As a neighbour I absolutely agree with you. There are so many bad things to say about this place, I wouldn't know where to start. (Some good things too: our flat is quite nice:)
Yesterday I had a parcel delivered to me. He hardly found the place, and when he found the house it's impossible to know where the right flat is.
I wonder if the people who own the flats know about all the problems in the building?
