Aftermath waiting

The whole world is awashed with the disaster news. I think most people are agog watching the news. After tracking everybody and making sure they are safe -including Naomi who was amazed that I should be worried about her in Japan for that since the Japanese had very good warning system apparently, I join everybody else in following the news but on the internet. I wanted to block the images.
 
In the meantime, John and Sophy (and sister Olivia) had a hotpot dinner.
They got themselves prawns, beef, chicken mushrooms and I had chinese greens that Vinita had brought me. I didnt have much time to prepare the stock but it was rich enough at the end to have some bean vermicelli with it.I found a reasonable explanation for a Cantonese Hotpot . In Malaysia we call it a steamboat.
